I truly love what I do and feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an amazing and dedicated team.

I am so proud to be a part of Trinity Episcopal School, where we are committed to nurturing, encouraging, and loving each individual child. Being part of a community that cares so deeply about our students and their growth is one of the things I treasure most about my time at Trinity.

Veronica Rabago

Veronica Rabago

Toddler/3 Year Old Teacher

My name is Veronica Rabago, and I am blessed to be part of the Trinity Episcopal School family. I joined TES in the fall of 2023 as a Toddler/Twos classroom aide. I am now in my second year as a 3s teacher and am excited to begin my first year as a Toddler teacher.

Working with young children has always been a passion of mine. I especially love the early childhood years and the opportunity to help children learn, grow, build confidence, and develop independence through play and exploration. I strive to create a nurturing and joyful classroom where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged to learn.

Before joining TES, I was a stay-at-home mom to my three sons, which has given me a deep appreciation for the importance of patience, connection, and partnership with families.

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Ramiro, since 2008. We have three sons: Roman, a junior at OU; Jacob, a freshman at TCC; and Lucas, a freshman at BASIS Benbrook. I am grateful to be part of the TES community and look forward to another wonderful year of learning and growing with our youngest students.

Gretchen Dills

Gretchen Dills

Pre-K Fours Teacher

I have been affiliated with Trinity Episcopal Preschool since 2005 when my oldest child had Ms. Blocker in her Two’s class. Prior to working at TES, I graduated with a Master’s in Education from Texas Christian University. I taught grades 1st-4th in local school districts and even worked as a director at a Christian daycare. This opportunity made me realize I had a passion for early childhood education and development, and I missed the personal experience of having my own class to teach. I was blessed to find a job teaching a Bridge class in 2008. I have not left since!

My passions include children’s art, math and science education. My teaching philosophy is that children learn through hands-on experience and play. A child can’t imagine a letter represents a sound if they aren’t given the opportunity to pretend a stick is a magic wand or a block is a house. TES allows me the freedom to create a curriculum that fosters all aspects of each child’s development in a meaningful way. TES has a special place in my heart, and I am blessed to be a part of it.

Preschool is such a joyful, busy, ever‑changing stage of life, and it’s my favorite.

My husband, James, and I have been married since 2002, and we have one daughter who is studying nursing at Samford University in Birmingham.  We’ve enjoyed being a part of the Fort Worth community for many years.
I’m excited to partner with you this year and support your child through this wonderful stage of development!

Carrie Stanley

Carrie Stanley

PE & Science Teacher

I am absolutely thrilled to step into my new role as the Science and Physical Education teacher at Trinity Episcopal School this year!  I am incredibly excited to transition into leading our students in the classroom and on the field. Before finding my true passion in education, I enjoyed a fulfilling career as a professional portrait photographer, capturing children’s milestones for years. Working with children has always been deeply rewarding, and I am eager to bring that same energy and creativity to our science experiments, while getting those little bodies movin’ and groovin’ in PE! Outside of school, my husband, David, and I have been married since 2004, and we have an adult son, Daniel. Our home is always filled with happiness, laughter, and the antics of our beloved cats, and I am delighted to bring that same warmth and joy to the wonderful TES community this school year.
